Resfind Consultancy is a consultancy firm registered in Ghana with diverse partners across Ghana and Africa, including entrepreneurs, support experts, and community organizations. We have garnered extensive experience and inspiration to share our industry insights and provide essential services to SMEs aiming to thrive in Ghana’s economy.
At Resfind Consultancy, we specialize in facilitating access to resources and financial knowledge to drive development and create lasting impact. Through collaborations, we have identified critical challenges facing startups and micro-entrepreneurs, particularly within the informal sector, including inadequate capital, limited access to loans, and a lack of essential knowledge, skills, and resources.
By 2022, RESFIND was established and committed to addressing these challenges by offering strategic services tailored to the needs of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across various sectors, including profit and not-for-profit institutions.

Marian Amissah-Ocran
Marian is a chartered accountant and development worker with over 15 years of hands-on experience helping businesses and organisations manage their money better. She has worked with private companies, NGOs, and international bodies like GIZ and Plan International — always with one goal: making financial systems simple, transparent, and effective.
Beyond numbers, Marian is a passionate advocate for women’s economic empowerment. She has authored policy briefs, led media campaigns for women’s resource rights, and co-founded IGED-Africa, an initiative focused on gender equality across the continent. She holds a Master’s degree in Development Finance from the University of Ghana Business School and is a member of ACCA.

Maame Efua Acquaah-Harrison is a results-oriented Human Capital and Operations professional with over eight years of cross-functional experience spanning administration, operations, marketing, and social impact sectors. She specializes in designing and implementing people-centered solutions that drive organizational performance and efficiency. In her current role as an Admin & Project Officer at IGED Africa, she supports program delivery while strengthening internal systems, coordinating teams, and enhancing productivity through structured, practical approaches. She brings a strong track record in helping organizations build motivated, high-performing teams, from recruiting the right talent to developing training programmes that deliver measurable results.
Her expertise spans talent management, employee engagement, HR policy development, and compliance, enabling her to support both startups and established organizations in building effective workforce systems. With experience across operations management, marketing, client relations, and entrepreneurship, she combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impactful solutions. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Ghana, she brings valuable insight into human behavior and organizational culture, positioning her to drive sustainable people and performance outcomes.
